The DRAM market was quite active today with more released inquires at higher target prices. Also, the trading volume increased gradually. At the day end, 1024Mx8 D2133 White Brand, 512Mx8 D2133 White Brand, 512Mx8 D1333 White Brand and 256Mx8 D1333 White Brand rise by 1.40%, 1.16%, 0.45% and 0.52% to USD 6.35 - 7.00, USD 3.25 - 3.50, USD 2.58 - 3.00 and USD 1.10 - 1.30 respectively. For mainstream brand components, 1024Mx8 D2133, 512Mx8 D2133 and 512Mx8 D1333 went up by 0.86%, 2.19% and 0.19% to USD 7.38 - 7.65, USD 3.70 - 3.85 and USD 3.07 - 3.70. Meanwhile, NAND Flash market was relatively stable. The market momentum was weak and most players stayed at side line without trading intention. By the day end, only 64G MLC dropped slightly by 0.02% to USD 4.00 - 20.50. The rest of components had no change.
