DDR market prices didn't go up as expected

Compared to the short delivery in market yesterday, DRAM sport market today was with plenty supplement as makers released components. However, the demand for X'mas almost came to the end and trading activities was limited. As a result, market prices didn't go up as expected. DDR 32Mx8 White Brand maintained flattish at USD 3.53 – USD 3.35. Prices of DDR 32Mx8 400MHz and 333MHz skidded slightly to USD 4.25 – USD 3.83 and USD 4.0 – USD 3.7 respectively.

 
Again, NAND 2G and 8G caught buyers' attention today owing to the short supply for 2G and order complement for 8G. As a result, NAND 2G and 8G average prices climbed nearly 1.3% and 1.4% to USD 62.2 and USD 17.28, respectively. Conversely, NAND 1G and 4G continued the downward movement. Deals of NAND 1G was closed at USD 8.4 and 4G pricing was went down to USD 33 – USD 33.5.
