Overall, the DDR spot sector was quiet and only few trading activities were reported today. More active interest remained present in DDR 32Mx8 White Brand as module houses got components to assemble in the afternoon. Deals of DDR 32Mx8 White Brand were closed at USD 3.55 – USD3.57, loss nearly 0.8% compared those of yesterday. Meanwhile, major ICs were under the downward pressure with a small number of quotes. DDR 32Mx8 400MHz/333MHz were dragged down slight to USD 4.1 – USD 4.05 and USD 4 – USD 3.75, respectively.

The demand of NAND Flash was released stably with constant short delivery in some components. As a result, an uptick was in Flash pricings. Because of the continuous shortage in supplying NAND 8G, factories stacked NAND 4G, instead of 8G and resulted in more 4G request. Both 8G and 4G dealt higher by 0.7% - 0.9% at USD 33.75 and USD 64.5, respectively. Moreover, as orders of NAND 1G were released regularly with adequate supplement, its price hold steady and came at USD 8.35.
