As month-end approaching, the DRAM market covered with sluggish sentiment, resulting in limited trading volume and dropping spot prices. By the end of today, both 128Mx8 D667 White Brand and 128Mx8 D1333 White Brand went down by 0.28% to USD 2.00 - 2.18 and USD 2.05 - 2.35 respectively. Meanwhile, NAND Flash market was in more active situation. While most of components were seen no demand, 16G MLC were heard lots of inquiries. As a result, its price was pushed by 2.63% to USD 4.30 - 5.15 and prices of other components remained at the current market price level.
