With the effect of production reduction since last year and some demand released to the market in the beginning of Y2009, the spot prices kept adjusting sharply today. 64Mx8 D667 White Brand went up by 5.59% to USD 0.33 - 0.48 and 128Mx8 D667 White Brand raised by 3.68% to USD 0.83 - 0.97. Furthermore, NAND Flash market was in the same bullish sentiment. 8G MLC and 16G MLC appreciated by 13.07% and 4.35% to USD 1.60 - 2.05 and USD 2.30 - 2.60.
